However, The Industria is slightly smaller at 7,000 square feet and can comfortably fit 200 guests. The Industria is more industrial chic while rustic elegance sums up The Two Sixty. Both spaces have plenty of free parking, a wedding suite, and the flexibility of wide open spaces for anything you are dreaming up. Every couple has the ability to bring their own caterer and bar. The Industria Pricing
Bookings for now until 3/15/23 for The Industria are $7,900 for Fridays, $8,900 for Saturdays, and $6,600 for Sundays. After 3/15/23 the pricing is $7,900 for Fridays, $9,900 for Saturdays, and $6,900 for Sundays.
Once you are ready to book they just require a 50% deposit to hold your date and then the remaining balance due 90 days prior to your wedding. You can also tack on a rehearsal time if the date is available for and extra $250.
