The 14 story Westin Chicago Northwest is located 12 miles from O’Hare International airport and right next door to the very busy Schaumburg Illinois. It is a part of the Marriott Hotel family and has over 400 rooms as well as 29 luxury suites. The luxury interiors, picturesque grounds, and modern, atrium style design make it feel like a luxury resort when you walk through the front doors. It is known to be a AAA Four Diamond Hotel and an incredible destination for a NW Chicago wedding.

The Grand Ballroom at The Westin Chicago Northwest is the largest ballroom they offer. At 9600 square feet it can host up to 550 wedding guests for dinner and dancing. The grand ballroom offers huge, vaulted ceilings. The adjacent, breezy atrium offer guests another space to stretch their legs.

Westin Northwest Lakeside Pavilion

The Lakeside Pavilion wedding space is the most popular reception location at The Westin Itasca. At 6,720 square feet it can accommodate up to 320 guests year round in its climate controlled, tented space. It is right outside the hotel atrium facing the lakes and incredible willow trees. The spacious tent also has an incredible outdoor ceremony space and cocktail hour space right outside its doors. An airy outdoor wedding ceremony is the perfect addition to a reception in the Lakeside Pavilion.

Lakeshore Ballroom and Abricot Ballroom

The Lakeshore Ballroom is a little smaller at 3870 square feet. For a banquet the website says it can handle about 270 guests. Of course it still features spectacular views of the verdant grounds as well as vintage chandeliers and chic accents. The Abricot Ballroom is a similar size at 5300 square feet and can handle around 280 guests for a banquet style event.
